Hi! I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Clare, and I created The Accompaniment Practice because I believe so many of us already carry the answers we're searching for—we've just lost access to them beneath the noise, expectations, fear, and pace of everyday life.

My work is about making space.

Space to slow down. Space to hear yourself more clearly. Space to reconnect with your body, your values, and the quieter parts of you that often get drowned out by the voices telling you who you should be or what you should do next.

Together, we explore whatever feels most alive: identity, purpose, relationships, career transitions, self-trust, or simply the feeling that life looks "good on paper" but doesn't quite feel like yours. Through reflective conversation, nervous system-informed practices, and gentle attention to the wisdom of the body, I'll help you move beyond insight alone and into a way of living that feels more aligned, grounded, and genuinely your own.

Before starting this practice, I spent over a decade supporting leaders and mission-driven organizations around the world—helping people navigate complexity, build meaningful work, and bring ideas into reality. Today, I bring that same blend of thoughtful inquiry, practical support, and deep care into my work with women.

Because I don't believe transformation happens by becoming someone new. I think it happens by remembering who you've been all along—and creating the safety to live from that place.

Xx

Clare
